Hamakua Cougars Pop Warner Football and Cheer embrace the Pop Warner philosophy that scholastic and athletic achievement should go hand in hand. We take pride in teaching boys and girls the fundamentals of football and cheer in a safe and nurturing environment. An environment that fosters good sportsmanship and fair play, respect for the game, oneself, and others.

As a service to our community for the past 15+ years, the Hamakua Cougars offers our youth ages 5 through 16 to participate in Pop Warner football and cheer for all boys and girls to learn the importance of teamwork, dedication, and discipline to become our future leaders.
